Sponsor
Dunk Utah, LLC d/b/a PLUNJ Salt Lake (the "Sponsor") is located at 51 West Utopia Avenue, South Salt Lake, Utah 84115. This promotion is sponsored and administered solely by the Sponsor. It is not organized, administered, sponsored, or endorsed by, and is not associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, or any other platform. It is executed with acknowledgement of PLUNJ Franchise LLC. Each entrant releases those parties from any liability arising from giveaway.

Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the State of Utah who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, members, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and of PLUNJ Franchise, LLC and their respective affiliates, and other franchisees and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Entry period
The Entry Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Mountain Time on September 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time on November 27, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this promotion.
How to enter
There are two ways to enter, and both carry the same odds of winning — every eligible entry has an equal chance of being drawn.
(a) Visit entry
During the Entry Period, when an active PLUNJ Salt Lake member checks in to a session at the Salt Lake studio, a host provides the member one (1) entry ticket for that day. The member writes their first and last name and phone number on the ticket and deposits it in the official drawing container at the studio. Any completed, checked-in session counts, including regular, bonus, Members-Only, and Member+1 sessions. Sponsor also records member check-ins digitally, and retains mailed entries, as a backup to the physical tickets.
One (1) entry per member per calendar day, maximum, regardless of how many sessions the member attends that day or how many credits are used. Only the member of record earns the ticket; a guest or additional person brought in on the member's pass or shared credit does not earn a separate entry (but may enter free under (b) below). Tickets are issued only by a host at check-in; blank, self-issued, photocopied, or altered tickets are void. Walk-in visits, day passes, punch-pass redemptions by non-members, and group or buyout bookings do not earn entries.
(b) Free mail-in entry — no purchase or membership necessary
Hand-print your full name, complete Utah mailing address, daytime telephone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with sufficient first-class postage to:

51 West Utopia Avenue, South Salt Lake, Utah 84115Each mail-in entry must be on its own card in its own envelope, hand-printed by the entrant, with sufficient first-class postage; mechanically reproduced entries are void. Each envelope counts as one (1) entry, and multiple cards enclosed in a single envelope will be counted as a single entry. No more than eight (8) mail-in entries per person will be counted for any one calendar week of the Entry Period (a week being Sunday through Saturday, determined by postmark date), up to an overall maximum of eighty-eight (88) mail-in entries per person for the Entry Period — the same maximum a member could earn by attending every day. Mail-in entries in excess of these limits are void. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than November 27, 2026 and received no later than December 1, 2026. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, postage-due, or damaged mail. By entering, each entrant affirms they are a legal Utah resident twenty-one (21) or older; Sponsor verifies residency and age for the potential winner before awarding the prize. Sponsor will transcribe each valid mailed entry onto an official entry ticket and place it in the same drawing container, so that free entries and member entries are drawn on equal terms.
Entry limit
Visit entries are limited to one (1) entry per member per calendar day (a maximum of seven per week). Free mail-in entries are limited to one (1) entry per envelope, no more than eight (8) per person per calendar week (Sunday through Saturday, by postmark date), and a maximum of eighty-eight (88) per person over the Entry Period. Entries in excess of these limits are void. Use of any automated system, multiple identities, or other means to exceed these limits will void all of that entrant's entries and may result in disqualification.
Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. All eligible entries, regardless of method, are pooled and have an equal chance of being selected.
Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: a trip for two (2) to Finland in June 2027, consisting of round-trip coach-class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest from Salt Lake City International Airport to an airport in Finland selected by Sponsor; five (5) nights' standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy); and a cash award of $1,800 intended to help offset the winner's tax liability.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $6,050. Sponsor's total obligation for airfare and hotel is limited to the amounts budgeted for those components of the prize; any cost above those amounts — including a more expensive itinerary, room, or dates requested by the winner — is the winner's sole responsibility. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and travel dates. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value will not be awarded.
Everything not expressly described above is the winner's sole responsibility, including but not limited to meals, ground transportation, airport transfers, transportation within Finland, passports and any required visas, travel insurance, baggage fees, gratuities, incidentals, and any other expense.
Travel dates are determined by Sponsor and will be communicated to the winner. The trip must be taken on the dates specified by Sponsor or it is forfeited. The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other substitute. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor's control.
Travel, assumption of risk, and force majeure
International travel involves inherent risks. By accepting the prize, the winner and guest voluntarily assume all risks of, and release the Sponsor and the parties described in the Limitation of liability section from all liability for, any injury, illness, death, loss, or property damage sustained during or arising out of the trip, the flights, the accommodations, or any prize-related activity, whether or not caused by the negligence of any released party, except for any liability that cannot be released under applicable law.
The winner and guest are solely responsible for being medically fit and legally able to travel internationally, for holding valid passports and any required documents, and for any travel or health insurance they choose to carry. The winner and guest are solely responsible for their own conduct and negligence and for any resulting costs, charges, fees, fines, penalties, or damages — including any charge imposed by an airline, hotel, or other provider for changes, cancellations, missed flights, incidentals, property damage, or misconduct — and will reimburse Sponsor for any such amount Sponsor is required to advance or pay on their behalf. Airlines, hotels, and other travel providers are independent contractors, and Sponsor is not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or defaults.
If the trip cannot be provided, in whole or in part, for any reason beyond Sponsor's reasonable control (including force majeure, government or travel restrictions, pandemic, or provider cancellation), Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, reschedule the trip, substitute a comparable trip of equal or greater value, or terminate the prize with no further obligation. If the winner or guest fails to obtain a valid passport or any required travel document in time, or is otherwise unable or unwilling to travel on the Sponsor-arranged dates, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor owes nothing further.
Winner selection and notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing of entry tickets from the official drawing container, conducted by Sponsor on or about December 1, 2026. Before the drawing, Sponsor may remove and void any ticket that is incomplete, illegible, duplicative beyond the one-per-member-per-day limit, or otherwise ineligible. Sponsor maintains digital check-in records and mailed-entry records as a backup and may use them to verify, reconcile, or — if the physical tickets are lost or compromised — to conduct the drawing. The drawing is final and binding in all respects.
The potential winner will be notified by email and telephone using the contact information associated with the winning entry. The winner need not be present at the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, declines the prize, is found to be ineligible, or fails to return required documents within the time specified, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Affidavit and releases
The potential winner and the winner's guest may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and — except where prohibited by law — a Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of notification (or such longer period as Utah law requires), and to provide valid government identification, proof of Utah residency and age, and a completed IRS Form W-9. Failure to return the required documents within that period may result in forfeiture.
Winner's guest
The winner's guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and must execute the required releases before travel. The guest need not be a Utah resident. If the winner's chosen guest is unable or unwilling to travel, no substitution, credit, or additional compensation will be provided beyond allowing the winner to name an eligible replacement guest.
Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will report the ARV or actual fair market value of the prize to the Internal Revenue Service and will issue the winner an IRS Form 1099. The winner must provide a valid taxpayer identification number before the prize is awarded, and Sponsor may apply backup or other tax withholding where required by law. Sponsor does not provide tax advice; entrants should consult their own tax advisor.
Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, and statements about the promotion for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium, worldwide, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.
General conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify this promotion, or to alter these Official Rules, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion. If Sponsor detects or reasonably suspects fraud, tampering, ineligible or duplicate entries, or any other abuse of the entry process, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify the entrant and void all of that entrant's entries, and may take any step necessary to preserve the fairness and integrity of the drawing. Any attempt to defraud or undermine the promotion may be referred to law enforcement. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the promotion and reserves the right to correct any such error.
Limitation of liability and indemnification
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, PLUNJ Franchise, LLC, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, members, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, including travel to and from and participation in any prize-related activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the total liability of the Released Parties to any entrant or winner arising out of or relating to this promotion or the prize exceed $2,500, and in no event will the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for attorneys' fees. Each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any claim, loss, or liability (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from the entrant's participation in the promotion, breach of these Official Rules, or acceptance or use of the prize. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of the above may not apply to a particular entrant.
Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or that fail to be recorded for any reason, or for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission.
Disputes and governing law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Except where prohibited, any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this promotion, the prize, or these Official Rules that cannot first be resolved informally will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, before a single arbitrator, seated in Salt Lake County, Utah, and conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party bears its own costs and attorneys' fees. Any recovery is limited to the entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (excluding attorneys' fees) and may not exceed the cap in the Limitation of liability section; the arbitrator may not award consequential, punitive, statutory-multiplied, or other enhanced damages. Each entrant waives any right to a trial by jury.
Entrants may bring claims only in their individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding. To the extent any claim is not subject to arbitration or proceeds in court, each entrant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and waives any objection to venue there.
Privacy
To enter and administer this promotion, Sponsor collects each entrant's name and contact information, and, from free mail-in entrants and the confirmed winner, additional information including date of birth, mailing address, and (from the winner) a government identification and taxpayer identification number for tax reporting. By entering, each entrant agrees that Sponsor may contact them with marketing and advertising communications by phone, text, or email. Sponsor does not sell entrant information and does not share it with unaffiliated third parties for those third parties' own marketing; winner information is shared with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors only as needed to book and deliver the prize, and with authorities as required by law. Text-message marketing is sent only with consent. Entry information is retained only as long as needed to administer the promotion and meet legal and tax obligations, then securely disposed of. Information is otherwise handled in accordance with PLUNJ Salt Lake's Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions; to the extent of any conflict concerning this promotion, these Official Rules control.
