We aim for the Lagom principle in all that we do. "Lagom" is a Swedish concept that translates to "just the right amount" or "not too much, not too little," emphasizing balance and moderation in all aspects of life. Help us keep the rules and regulations to a minimum by just being good humans and expecting the same of us.

Member Benefits & Terms

Applies to all memberships, unless otherwise specified at time of purchase.

$25 Member Guest Passes

  • Purchase via PLUNJ mobile app > Tap SLC > Tap Memberships > Tap Packages > Scroll to "Member Guest" and tap "Buy for $25"
  • Members assume responsibility for payment in case of guest reschedule, cancel, or no-show
  • Members must accompany guests (be in same session)

Invites to Exclusive Events

  • Up to four (4) free bonus member-only sessions per month plus four (4) free bonus member+1 sessions
    • Sessions rotate weekly, first come first served via plunj.saltlake.co/member-bonus
    • Sessions become bookable Sundays at 6:00p for that week
    • Member must be present; max 1 additional guest
  • Access to discounted specialty sessions (breath-work, candlelight, sound bath, etc.)
  • Invites to community events where PLUNJ is a sponsor

No Minimum Commitment

Discontinue membership anytime.

Pricing and Benefits

Exclusive to Salt Lake City location.

Session Credits

Session credits must be booked AND redeemed within the billing period. For example, a LAGOM pass purchased on Jan 10th renews on Feb 10th. All four visits must be booked and redeemed within that period—no rollover.

Membership Violations

Members found violating usage terms will be subject to membership suspension and/or termination.

Membership Types

SISU Members

  • Unlimited visits per month — Can book multiple sessions in the same day
  • Non-transferrable — Credits cannot be used for guests in your place
  • Free first-timer guest accompanied by you
  • Retail value: Over $1,000/month

SISU2 Members

  • Same benefits as SISU for two individuals
  • Billing: Full amount charged to primary account holder monthly; no split payments
  • Secondary account: Created by PLUNJ hosts for independent bookings
  • Cancellation: If one member cancels, both memberships are cancelled
  • Retail value: Over $1,750/month

LAGOM Members

  • 4 use-anytime credits per month
    • Can book multiple sessions in the same day
    • Do NOT roll over; must be used within billing period
    • Combinable and transferrable for individual use, guests, or someone else
  • Additional sessions: $25 per session after monthly credits exceed
  • Retail value: Over $500/month

LAGOM+ Members

  • Same benefits and terms as LAGOM with doubled credits: 8 use-anytime sessions per month

VIKRA

  • One individual booking per day with online account for easy management
  • Business-only offering: Must be verifiable business entity to purchase
    • Use primary business contact name and email to checkout
    • Transferrable to employees and guests only
    • Cannot be shared among non-business individuals
    • Minimum 3-month commitment
  • Retail value: Over $1,000/month

Weekday Buyout

  • Dedicated recurring weekday session at 10:30a, 12:00p, 1:30p, or 3:00p (subject to availability)
    • Session removed from public booking
    • Calendar invite sent; no individual reservations needed
    • You and/or guests (up to 12) simply show up at secured time
    • Bonus sessions available on "5th Mon" or "5th Tue" months
  • 3-month minimum commitment
  • Retail value: Over $1,000/month

Punch Passes

Pre-paid session credits at a discount with expiration. Standard offer is a 10-visit pass; other variations available seasonally (e.g., 5-visit Black Friday).

  • Transferrable credits for anyone
  • Can be used for individual sessions, to add guests, or send a guest in your place
  • Expire 6 months after purchase
  • Not a membership—not applicable to member benefits like bonus sessions

Gift Cards

  • Non-refundable
  • Redeemable only at purchase location (e.g., Salt Lake)
  • Cannot be transferred to other locations

Rescheduling & Cancellations

General Admission Sessions

Non-Members

  • >12 hrs: Refund in PLUNJ session credit toward future visit
  • <12 hrs: No refund
  • No show: No refund

SISU / SISU 2 Members

  • >12 hrs: Refund session credit
  • <12 hrs: $20 penalty (auto-charged to card on file)
  • No show: $20 penalty (auto-charged to card on file)

LAGOM / LAGOM+ Members & Punch Pass Holders

  • >12 hrs: Refund session credit
  • <12 hrs: Loss of session credit (no refund)
  • No show: Loss of session credit + $20 penalty (auto-charged to card on file)

Guest Passes

Member assumes responsibility for rescheduling/cancellation/no-show.

  • >12 hrs: No charge; refund of session credit
  • <12 hrs: $20 penalty (auto-charged to card on file)
  • No show: $20 penalty (auto-charged to card on file)

Member-Only & Member+1 Sessions

  • >12 hrs: Refund session credit
  • <12 hrs: $20 penalty per person (auto-charged to card on file)
  • No show: $20 penalty per person (auto-charged to card on file)

⚠ Unpaid penalties beyond 7 days will result in membership suspension/termination.

Group Buyouts

1 Hour & 2 Hour Sessions

  • >48 hrs: Refund in PLUNJ credit toward future purchase
  • <48 hrs: No refund
  • No show: No refund

⚠ Must be paid immediately to reserve session.

Member Cancellations

Members may cancel their membership online or in-person at any time.

  • To avoid next month's charge: Cancel before your membership renews
  • Session credits: Available through end of membership term
  • Guest pass benefit: Ends on day of cancellation (not at renewal)
  • Member-only sessions: Access ends on day of cancellation (not at renewal)
