Sauna in Paradise Valley

At PLUNJ Paradise Valley, our dry sauna is heated by an electric stove and operates between 175–190°F with approximately 20% humidity. Pour water over the stones to create a burst of steam, settle in, and let the heat do its work. Most guests spend 10–15 minutes in the sauna before rinsing and transitioning to the cold plunge — a simple, effective rhythm that leaves you feeling better than when you came in.

Cold Plunge in Paradise Valley

At PLUNJ Paradise Valley, our cold plunge is maintained between 45–50°F and spacious enough to accommodate up to four people at a time. After your time in the sauna, stepping into the cold water is where the magic of contrast therapy happens. Most guests spend anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes in the plunge, letting the cold work to reduce inflammation, boost circulation, and elevate mood. It's a challenge worth taking.
