Our proprietary, communal cold plunges deliver freezing cold water at 55 gallons per minute. How does that compare to wilderness streams?
Well, just know this, they’re both constantly streaming water past your goosebump riddled skin.
When people ask, “How cold is your plunge?” we’ll often say, “Cold enough.”
That’s because the benefits of plunging are not tied to temperature as much as they are to the contrasting of warmer (sauna) with cooler (pool) temperatures.
We’ve built around the practice and experience that gives you the best of both worlds. A sauna at ~195° and cold plunge at ~50°.
However, for one day only, we’re taking it down a notch for you crazies out there.
We tried to make it 0° F but legal said no. However, we found a loop hole. 0° C!
