Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• When you sign up. Your name, email address, mobile number, Instagram handle, TikTok handle if you give one, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, and which text messages you chose to receive.
• When you sign the content release. Your signature, your handle, the date, and the signing record kept by our e-signature provider, which includes your IP address and the times the release was opened and signed.
• When you visit. Your booking, and the waiver and health screening every guest completes.
• When you post. Links to your posts and a dated screenshot of each post when it goes up.
• When you send us files. The photos and video you upload.

2. How we use it

• To run the program. That means sending your content release, issuing your booking code, confirming and reminding you about bookings, and unlocking your second session.
• To keep a record of your signed release and of the disclosure on each post.
• To use your photos and video as your signed release allows.
• To send you invitations to future creator collabs, only if you chose to receive them.
• To answer your questions.

We never sell your information.

3. Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers, contractors and agents who run the program on our behalf, such as our customer relationship management, email, text message, e-signature and booking providers, and only so they can do that work. We also share it where the law requires us to.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Text messages

If you opt in, we send two kinds of text message, and you choose each one separately on the sign-up form. Booking texts are about your creator collab booking, including your booking code, confirmations and reminders. Collab invitation texts are about invitations to future creator collabs, special offers and updates. Neither is required to take part.

5. Cookies

plunj.co uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and for how long. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visitors apart. The sign-up form and the booking calendar are run by our service providers and may use their own cookies to work.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

6. How we protect it

Your information is sent over encrypted connections and stored with our service providers, who maintain their own security safeguards. We keep only what we need to run the program, and access is limited to the people who run it for us.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your signed release and the records of your posts for as long as PLUNJ uses your content, because they show that PLUNJ has your permission. We keep your contact details until you ask us to delete them.

8. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing slc-hosts@plunj.co or calling (385) 263-7691. We may keep your signed release and post records where we need them to show PLUNJ's permission to use your content.

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and stop marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any of them.

9. Age

The program is only for people 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
